2010 IBA Mixed Team Championship

Teams that want to host an IBA Championship
in the spring semester of 2010 should have the following:

• Four to eight courts, for six to eight hours, on a Saturday or Sunday in April or May

• Permit the display of banners or other signage of any IBA sponsors

• The host team is responsible for any facility rental fees or athletic trainer fees, if your school requires these

• Teams that want to host the IBA Men's Team Championships will also organize a men's singles tournament and men's doubles tournament (limit two entries per division, per school)

• Teams that want to host the IBA Women's Team Championships will also organize a women's singles tournament and women's doubles tournament (limit two entries per division, per school)

• Teams that want to host the IBA Mixed Team Championships will also organize a mixed doubles tournament (limit two entries per division, per school)

• Host team will keep all tournament entry fees

• Host team will receive an automatic berth in the team draw and individual events

• IBA will provide shuttles, team trophy, and trophies for individual events.

• Sites for IBA Championships will be announced in March 2010 - Deadline to apply for hosting is March 1, 2010

• Entry fees will be required from all teams for the expenses of team trophies and shuttles
